3. Cancel cable TV.?
The time that Cable Television takes up can be staggering. And nobody becomes more happy from watching TV because, usually there is a lot of bad news on it.?
??????????? Try restricting your viewing to 2-3 hrs per week. This can release sufficient time for other activities that you like or to work toward goals that you want. Reaching your goals will, in all probability, provide you with more happiness than excessive TV viewing!?
Eliminating this stuff may not directly improve your happiness, but it?ll give you time and space to complete other activities which will improve your happiness.?
Getting a life of happiness is simple. ?Just eliminate all of the objects and activities that are not contributing to your pleasure. ?Then you will have time, space, and cash available to increase the happiness in your life.?
